Definitions

Boost Run, LLC: Hereinafter referred to as “Boost Run”, “We/we,” “Our/our,” or “us”.

Equipment: GPU servers, CPU servers, Storage servers, as well as other AI accelerator devices.

Platform: The web user-interface and API that enables a User to view, configure and rent Equipment directly from Boost Run.

Services: All informational and promotional content and functionality on the main domain and sub-domains of the Boost Run website located at boostrun.com. Also includes any Boost Run hardware and software infrastructure, as well as all Platform specific services

Account: A user account on the Boost Run Platform that grants the User permission to view pricing and inventory, as well as configure and rent Equipment from Boost Run.

Boost Run may collect the following data:

How do we store your data?

Boost Run securely stores your data within our secure cloud-managed databases. We will dispose of customer data within 30 days of a request by a current or former customer or in accordance with the Customer’s agreement(s) with Boost Run. We may retain and use data necessary for the contract such as proof of contract in order to comply with its legal obligations, resolve disputes, and enforce agreements. Our hosting and service providers are responsible for ensuring the removal of data from disks allocated to Boost Run use before they are repurposed and the destruction of decommissioned hardware. The time period for which we must retain customer data depends on the purpose for which it is used. We may retain customer data for as long as an account is active or in accordance with the agreement(s) between Boost Run and the customer, unless we are required by law or regulation to dispose of data earlier or retain data longer.

What are your data protection rights?

Boost Run would like to make sure you are fully aware of all of your data protection rights. Every user is entitled to the following:

The right to access - You have the right to request from us copies of your personal data. We may charge you a small fee for this service.

The right to rectification - You have the right to request that we correct any information you believe is inaccurate. You also have the right to request from us to complete information you believe is incomplete.
